摘要
随着通信导航类卫星编队组网技术的日趋成熟,要求星际链路间信号传输必须高效可靠。介绍一种基于星载平台的有源相控阵S波段四通道T组件,用于星间链路数据传输。通过采用SIP多功能芯片集成技术、射频信号垂直互连技术和灵活的数据处理技术提高了集成度,实现了产品的小型化、轻量化。通过采用Wilkinson微带电路形式的功分网络,并对关键电路进行双备份,大大提高了产品的可靠性。
With the maturity of formation and constellation technology of communication and navigation satellites, the effective and reliable signal transmission is necessary for inter satellite links. A four-channel T module at S band for satellite platform is introduced, which transmits data to TDRS. The miniaturization and light weight are achieved by using the technologies of SIP multifunction integration, RF signal vertical interconnection and flexible data processing. Power divider network of Wilkinson microstrip type is adopted and the key circuits are duplicated, which improve the reliability of T module highly.
