摘要
目的观察中药烫疗联合穴位按摩治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将60例后循环缺血性眩晕患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予常规治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础加用中药烫疗联合穴位按摩。2组均治疗20 d。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后症状评分变化,血液流变学指标[红细胞比容、全血黏度(低切)、全血黏度(高切)、血浆黏度]变化,椎-基底动脉(基底动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉)血流速度变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率80.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各项症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血液流变学指标均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后椎-基底动脉血流速度均较本组治疗前增快(P<0.05),且治疗组增快更明显(P<0.05)。结论中药烫疗联合穴位按摩治疗后循环缺血性眩晕疗效显著,对改善患者临床症状及体征、血液流变学指标、椎-基底动脉血流速度具有重要作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine hot compress combined with acupoint massage on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods 60 cases of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo patients were randomly devided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were given conventional treatment. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine hot compress combined with acupoint massage on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 20 days. The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. The change of symptom scores,hemorheology indexes [hematocrit,whole blood viscosity（ low cut）,whole blood viscosity（ high cut）,plasma viscosity],and vertebral-basal artery（ basal artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery） of the 2 groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96. 7 % in treatment group and 80. 0 % in control group. The curative effects in treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the hemorheology indexes of two groups were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery of two groups were faster than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group is faster（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine hot compress combined with acupoint massage has remarkable curative effect on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. It plays an important role in improving clinical symptoms and signs,hemorheological indexes,and vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity.
