摘要
某超限高层办公楼项目,地上50层,总高度230 m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。本工程属超B级高度超限结构,并存"楼板不连续"、"刚度突变"、"局部不规则"3项超限。本文主要针对塔楼的工程特点及超限高层结构设计中的关键问题进行了弹性反应谱及时程分析、弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,计算满足规范要求,并满足抗震性能目标要求。最后,介绍了本工程所使用的钢管混凝土叠合柱及钢管混凝土剪力墙的设计要点。
An out-of-code high-rise office building,50 floors above the ground,with a total height of 230 meters,adopts a frame-corewall structure. This project exceeds the limitation of B-level height,and there are 3 irregularities of slab discontinuity,lateral stiffness irregular,local irregularity. In this paper,elastic response spectrum,time-history analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis are carried out for the tower crane's engineering characteristics and key problems in the design of out of gauge high-rise buildings. The results show that the calculation meets the specification requirements and meets the requirements of seismic performance objectives. Finally,the design points of the steel tube-reinforced concrete column and the steel tube concrete shearwall used in this project are introduced.
