摘要
手刮聚脲的抗拉伸、耐低温等性能均已得到试验论证,并在水利工程中推广应用,体现出了优异性能,但当前该材料的耐老化性能国内研究得较少。本文研究了两种老化试验,并对工程应用效果进行了评价分析,表明该材料耐老化性能也很突出,完全能够适应各类水工混凝土的缺陷处理和表面防护环境。本文研究为永久工程防护设计提供了有益参考。
Hand scraping polyurea tensile resistance,low temperature resistance and other performances are demonstrated by tests,which are popularized and applied in water conservancy projects,and reflect excellent performance,but the aging resistance performance of the material is rarely studied in China. Two aging tests are implemented in the study of the paper;the engineering application effect is evaluated and analyzed. It is obvious that the material has excellent aging resistance performance,which can completely adapt to defect treatment and surface protection environment of various hydraulic concretes. The paper provides useful reference for the design of permanent engineering protection.
