摘要
为分析基于临床的输血信息管理系统在输血科中的应用效果,统计2015年1月—12月期间输血科在输血管理中存在的问题,并于2016年4月开始引入输血信息管理系统,在应用1年之后观察2015年与2016年输血科库存血液报废情况以及输血不良反应发生情况的差异,同时,比较患者对临床输血的满意度。结果显示:2016年库存血液报废率、输血不良反应发生率均明显低于2015年(P<0.05);2016年患者满意度明显高于2015年(P<0.05)。输血信息管理系统的应用有助于减少库存血液报废以及不良反应的发生,从而保障临床服务质量,提升患者的满意度。
In order to analyze the application effect of blood transfusion information management system based on clinical transfusion in blood transfusion department, the problems in blood transfusion management in blood transfusion department from January 2015 to December were analyzed, and blood transfusion information management system was introduced in April 2016. After 1 years, the blood transfusion in 2015 and 2016 blood transfusion department was observed and the loss of blood transfusion was observed. The difference of the incidence of adverse reactions was compared, and the patients' satisfaction with clinical transfusion was compared. The results showed that the rate of discarded blood rejection and blood transfusion in 2016 was significantly lower than that in 2015(P〈0.05), and the satisfaction of patients in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2015(P〈0.05). The application of blood transfusion information management system will help to reduce the discarding of blood and the occurrence of adverse reactions, so as to guarantee the quality of clinical service and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
