摘要
论述分析测试基金的作用、特点和管理模式 ,总结它对促进科学研究 ,提高大型仪器使用效益方面所起的积极作用 ,同时也指出目前存在的问题和改革的方向 .
The role, features and managerial model of the fund for testing and analyzing were discussed. The active role for promoting scientific research, enhancing utilization ratio of scientific instruments was summarized as well. Finally, the problem existed at present and the course of the managerial reform were pointed out.
