摘要
针对高精度大尺寸工件检测操作复杂、效率低下等问题,提出一种融合测量技术的检测方法。在分析激光跟踪仪测量与工业摄影测量特点基础上,利用激光跟踪仪建立大尺度基准尺进行精度控制,并融合工业摄影测量技术,通过布设标志点、图像采集与平差处理、坐标系转换等操作,对盾体圆度进行检测与分析。结果表明,该技术简洁高效,可满足测量精度要求,成为大尺寸测量的一种新方法。
In view of complex operation and low efficiency of detection of high-precision large work piece, a kind of detection method combining measure technology was proposed. After analyzing the measuring features of the laser tracker and the industrial photogrammetry, the laser tracker was applied to establish largescale datum ruler to control the precision. In addition, the industrial photogrammetry was combined to detect and analyze the body roundness of the shield machine via layout of marking points, image acquisition and adjustment treatment, coordinate conversion. The results showed the technology was simple and efficient, able to satisfy the measurement requirements and had become a new method of large-size measurement.
