摘要
介绍了国家电投集团江西电力有限公司分宜电厂在2×660 MW机组扩建项目生产准备过程中,结合企业实际情况和需求,积极研究探索生产准备培训的新思路、新方法,取得了较好的效果,为将来机组顺利投产奠定了良好的人力资源基础,也为其他扩建项目生产准备培训提供了良好的借鉴。
