脱氢表雄酮对高龄女性卵巢功能及自然流产率的影响

摘要 目的探讨脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)对高龄女性卵巢功能及自然流产率的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2017年10月收治的60例卵巢功能低下高龄女性患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组采用DHEA进行治疗,对照组不使用DHEA治疗,分析两组卵巢功能及自然流产率变化。结果试验组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、FSH/黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)水平明显低于对照组,窦卵泡计数(AFC)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组发生自然流产1例,占3.33%,对照组发生自然流产8例,占26.67%,两组自然流产率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DHEA对高龄女性的卵巢功能具有一定改善作用,能提高患者体内相关激素水平,且能降低自然流产率。
