摘要
高校科研数据管理的服务内容主要包括科研数据管理及其规划、存储、开发与共享,科研数据管理作为高校图书馆发展的一种新型业务,对馆内学科馆员的能力提出了较高的要求:要具有超前的数据管理服务意识、整合数据与馆藏资源的能力、数据分析与数据挖掘的能力、熟练应用数据平台的能力。高校图书馆对学科馆员进行能力建设时,要开展学科馆员资质认证、提升馆员整体素质,针对性的教育与培训、强化服务意识,追求标杆化管理、实现自我超越,建立激励与考核评价机制、完善评判标准。学科馆员要不断提升自我能力,才能促进图书馆健康持续发展。
The service content of scientific research data management in colleges and universities mainly includes scientific data management and its planning, storage, development and sharing. As a new type of business for the development of libraries of colleges and universities, scientific data management puts forward high requirements for the ability of academic librarians in libraries： They must have a sense of advanced data management services, the ability to integrate data and collect resources, ability of data analysis and data mining, and skilled ability of using data platform. When libraries of colleges and universities develop the ability of academic librarians, it is necessary to carry out qualification certification of academic librarians, enhance the overall quality of the librarians, targeted educate and train them, strengthen service awareness, pursue benchmarking management, achieve self-transcendence, establish incentives and assessment evaluation mechanism, and improve the evaluation criteria. The academic librarians must constantly improve their selfability in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the libraries.
