摘要
当前高校学生党建与思想政治教育工作缺乏协同机制,存在工作方式未有效衔接、党建工作忽略思想政治教育的引导和监督功能、师资队伍不专业、教育实效性有限等突出问题。研究高校学生党建与思想政治教育工作的关系,从思想理念、教育方式、师资队伍和评价机制等方面提出建立协同工作机制的建议,以期为高校学生党建与思想政治教育协同发展研究提供理论借鉴。
As the current work of Party building and ideological and political education of college students is lack of synergistic mechanism,therefore there exists a series of problems such as lack of cohesion of working methods,neglecting the guiding and supervising functions of ideological and political education,unprofessional teachers and limited effectiveness of the education. This essay talks about the relationship between the work of Party building and ideological and political education of college students,and then comes up with the idea of the synergetic mechanism from the aspect of ideological concept,mode of education,teaching staff and evaluation mechanism in order to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the synergetic development of the work of Party building and ideological and political education of college students.
