摘要
为了把控车身的静刚度以提高车身结构的功能可靠性、碰撞安全性及振动噪声舒适性,该文以某轿车白车身为研究对象,通过计算机仿真和试验测试2种方法得到性能参数。采用前处理软件Hyper Mesh建立整车有限元模型,建立与试验系统相同的边界条件及数据后处理修正,完成了仿真与试验的对标。对比仿真与试验结果显示两者误差在10%范围内,验证了仿真的准确性和试验的可靠性,该仿真方法和试验流程可普遍用于获得各类车型的车身静刚度。并对影响仿真精度和试验稳定的敏感因素及解决方法给出参考建议。
In order to control the static stiffness of vehicle to improve the functional reliability, collision safety, vibration and noise comfort of body structure, this paper takes the body in white as the research object, and obtains the performance parameters through computer simulation and experimental test. The pre-processing software Hyper Mesh is used to build the vehicle's finite element model, the same boundary conditions and data post-processing corrections are established as the test system, and the benchmarking between simulation and experiment is completed. The comparison simulation and test results show that the errors are within 10%, which verifies the accuracy of simulation and the reliability of the test. Therefore, the simulation method and test procedure can be generally applied to obtain the static stiffness of each model. Finally, we give some suggestions on sensitivity of the factors that affect the accuracy of simulation and the stability of test.
