摘要
鄱阳湖湿地公园旅游开发项目与珠湖蓄滞洪区有部分重叠。利用Infoworks软件,构建了珠湖蓄滞洪区二维水动力学模型,用于对珠湖蓄滞洪区分洪和1998年鄱阳湖水位两种工况下的鄱阳湖湿地公园旅游开发项目的水深、流速、洪水到达时间以及淹没历时等要素进行模拟。模拟结果表明:珠湖实施分洪时,其水源湿地保护保育区的大部分建设项目面临着被洪水淹没的风险,而且淹没水深均较大。模拟研究成果可为鄱阳湖国家湿地公园开发建设项目的选址以及对洪水损失的预估提供技术支撑。
The Poyang Lake wetland park project has a partial overlap with Zhuhu Lake flood detention basin. A two-dimensional hydrodynamic model of Zhuhu Lake flood detention area is established by using Info Works software. Water depth,flow velocity,flood arrival time,submerged time and other related factors of the Poyang Lake wetland park are simulated under two conditions,one is flood detention operation in Zhuhu Lake flood detention area,another is the water level of Poyang Lake in 1998 big flood. The simulation results show that: under the two working conditions,most of the construction project in Zhuhu Lake water resource wetland protection and conservation area has the risk of being flooded and the submerged depth is large. The model can be used for the site selection of Poyang Lake wetland park,providing technical support for the risk estimation of flood losses.
