摘要
对海绵阻尼板切割刀具的设计可行性进行了分析,从夹板、心轴、压紧螺母、安全销等方面对这一切割刀具的结构设计进行了介绍。使用这一切割刀具,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本,为海绵阻尼板批量化生产切割作业创造了条件。
The design feasibility of the cutting tool for sponge damping plate was analyzed, and the physical design of the cutting tool was introduced from the aspects of splint, mandrel, compression nut and safety pin. When this cutting tool is used, it is possible to improve work efficiency, reduce production costs and create the conditions for batch production of the sponge damping plates involving cutting operations.
