钻机式采煤机工作机构关键部位设计研究

摘要 钻机式采煤机的工作机构是整机中的核心部件,是实现长距离割煤、输煤于一体的关键,也是整机设计中的难点。钻机式采煤机的长距离采煤主要通过不断添接钻杆实现,因此在换接钻杆过程中,如何高效的实现钻杆换接是提高采煤效率的关键,同时工作机构割煤通过钻头截割煤岩实现,因此,研究钻杆的幻速联接装置和优化钻头,提高截割效率至关重要。本文在分析了原有结构在使用过程中存在的问题和不足,并在此基础上提出合理的方案和设计。 The working mechanism of drilling shearer is the core component of the whole machine, and it is the key to realize long distance coal cutting and coal handling, and also the difficulty in the design of the whole machine. Long distance coal drilling shearer mainly through continuous Tim connection, in connection process, how to achieve efficient switching of drill pipe is the key to improve the efficiency of coal mining, and working mechanism of coal cutting through the drill bit cutting coal, therefore, the research of drill pipe connection device and optimize the magic speed bit. To improve the efficiency of cutting is very important. This paper analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the use of the original structure, and on this basis, puts forward reasonable scheme and design.
