巷道掘进过小煤窑破坏区技术措施探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为研究掘进工作面过小煤窑破坏区的相关技术措施,文章以团柏矿10-3062掘进面为工程背景,在广泛调研与理论分析的基础上,提出了采用瞬变电磁法进行迎头探测与充填支护相结合控制巷道变形的整体过小煤窑破坏区的技术措施。在掘进面过小煤窑破坏区工程实践中,按照设计好的测点布置探测到的巷道前方破坏区较小,不需要进行破坏区充填而仅采用单一巷道支护方式即可控制巷道围岩变形破坏,研究结果在团柏矿得到了成功的应用,为相似矿井掘进安全与高效回采提供了参考。 In order to study the relevant technical measures for the tunneling work faced with the damage zone of small coal mines, the article takes the 10-3062 tunneling face of Tuanbai Coal Mine as the engineering background. Based on extensive research and theoretical analysis,this paper proposes the use of transient electromagnetic method for head-on detection. Technical measures for filling the supporting area with integrated oversized coal mine damaged area to control roadway deformation. In the engineering practice of tunneling surface over small coal mine damage area, the failure area in front of the roadway detected in accordance with the designed measuring point arrangement is small, and the deformation of surrounding rock of the roadway can be controlled only by using a single roadway support method without performing damage zone filling. Destruction, the research results have been successfully applied in the Tuanbai Coal Mine and provide reference for safe and efficient mining of similar mines.
