摘要
为了解决在进行煤层瓦斯压力测定过程中钻孔密封性较差的问题,文中考虑使用变径封孔方法,并提出了水泥砂浆变径加压二次封孔测压方法,利用有限元分析方法模拟测压巷道的应力集中区域,使第一级钻孔长度超过应力集中区,保证封孔效果,利用变径加压二次封孔的方法,弥补水泥浆材初始析水率大和稳定性差的缺点,再通过套管透孔,保证注浆压力的大小可调性,既能加固第一次注浆留下的固结不稳定部位,又能封堵固结体上部孔隙形成区域,进而达到理想的理论封孔长度。
in order to solve in the process of coal seam gas pressure determination of the poor hole sealing, in this paper, we consider using variable diameter hole sealing methods, and puts forward the variable diameter pressure secondary cement mortar hole sealing pressure measuring method, using the finite element analysis method to simulate the pressure tunnel of stress concentration areas, made the first level borehole length more than stress, high, ensure the hole sealing effect, using the method of variable diameter second hole sealing pressure,make up for the slurry material initial drainage rate and the shortcoming of poor stability, again through the casing perforated, guarantee the size of the grouting pressure adjustable, can not only reinforce the first grouting consolidation unstable parts of the left, and the upper pore plugging consolidation body formation area, length of hole sealing to achieve ideal theory.
