摘要 近年来,海洋石油钻采装备行业的发展受到国内外制造厂家越来越多的关注。针对400ft海洋平台的结构特点,从工艺角度进行海洋平台桩腿接桩方案的研究,结合400ft海洋平台桩腿大长度、大重量、大空间的特性,打破常规的桩腿接桩方案,制定更加符合400ft海洋平台桩腿接桩的工艺方案。主要通过桩腿分段建造、分段吊运、分段接桩、滑移导轨、定位合拢等工艺手段,依靠操作方便、安全可靠的工装,确保400ft海洋平台桩腿接桩工作的顺利进行^([1])。 In recent years, the development of offshore oil drilling and production equipment industry has been paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign manufacturers. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of 400 ft offshore platform, the pile-leg connection scheme of offshore platform is studied from the technical point of view. combined with the characteristics of large length, large weight and large space of 400 ft offshore platform, the conventional pile-leg connection scheme is broken, and the process scheme more in line with the 400 ft offshore platform pile-leg connection scheme is formulated. Mainly through the pile leg section construction, section lifting, section pile, sliding guide rail, positioning closed and other technical means, rely on convenient operation, safe and reliable tooling, to ensure that the 400 ft offshore platform pile leg connection work smoothly.
