摘要
电力系统中不同的中性点接地方式各具优缺点,中压配电网中性点接地方式选择需综合考虑电力系统接地故障电流、保护设备的工作条件、过电压水平、对通信线路的干扰以及电力系统运行可靠性等因素。对中压供、配电网系统不同的接地方式进行了分析与比较,对中压配电网中性点低电阻接地系统接地运行方式进行了研究。总结了以电缆线路配出的供电系统低电阻接地系统具有能限制弧光接地过电压、快速切除故障等优点,叙述了变压器中性点接地电阻的选择计算方法,并且提供了计算实例。
Different neutral grounding modes in power system have their own advantages and disadvantages. The selection of neutral grounding mode of medium voltage distribution network should comprehensively consider the grounding fault current of power system,the working conditions of protective equipment,the overvoltage level,the interference to communication system and the reliability of power supply. This paper compares and analyzes the different grounding modes of medium voltage distribution network system,studies the grounding system for medium voltage distribution network with low resistance grounding at neutral point,introduces the advantages of low resistance grounding mode for power system which mainly uses cables for power distribution such as limiting the arc grounding overvoltage and fast fault clearing, presents the method for selecting and calculating neutral grounding resistance for transformer,and provides some calculation examples.
