改良穿刺法用于降低胰岛素泵输液针打折率的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨改良型穿刺法在降低胰岛素泵输液针(PTEE软针)打折率中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月至12月期间纳入内分泌科的100例使用胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者作为改善前组,2017年1月至12月期间纳入内分泌科的100例糖尿病患者作为改善后组,改善前组采用捏皮技术进行皮下注射穿刺并留置输液针(PTEE软针);改善后组采用改良型穿刺法进行皮下注射穿刺并留置输液针(PTEE软针)。对比两组患者胰岛素泵运行期间的输液针(PTEE软针)打折率、堵管率、二次置管率。结果输液针(PTEE软针)打折率、堵管率、二次置管率分别由改善前的11%、2%、13%降低到了改善后的2%、1%、3%,两组患者胰岛素泵输液针(PTEE软针)打折率、二次置管率的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组患者胰岛素泵输液针(PTEE软针)堵管率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良型穿刺法能降低胰岛素泵输液针(PTEE软针)打折率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of modified puncture method in reducing the broken rate of insulin pump intusion needle (PTEE soft needle).Methods 100 diabetic patients treated with insulin pump in the Department of Endocrinology from Januaty to December 2016 were included as pre improvement group ,and 100 diabetic patients in the Depamnent of Endocrinology from Janualry 2017 to December as post improvement group.The pre improvement group were given skin pinching technology to undergo subcutaneous injection and retained infusion needle (PTEE soft needle).And the post improvement group were given modified puncture method to undergo subcutaneous injection and retained infusion needle( PTEE soft needle).And then, broken rate, secondary tube setting rate and tube plugging rate of infusion needle (PTEE soft needle) during the operation of insulin pump in the two groups were compared.Results The broken rate, tube plugging rate and secondary tube setting rate of infusion needle (PTEE soft needle ) decreased from 11%, 2% and 13% respectively before improvement to 2%, 1% and 3% alter improvement.The ditterence of the broken rate and secondary tube setting rate of infusion needle (PTEE soft needle) between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.05). But the ditterence of tube plugging rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Conclusion Modified puncture method can reduce the broken rate of insulin pump infusion needle( PTEE soft needle) ,which is worth of clinical popularization and application.
