摘要
JPEG图像标准压缩算法是现在最流行的图像处理算法,它是针对整幅图像统一进行编码解码的。而我们关注的往往是图像中的一小部分,也即感兴趣区域(Region of Interest,ROI)。文章基于JPEG标准算法,提出了一种关于如何实现感兴趣区域数据处理的算法,并对算法从成像质量与算法效率方面进行了评估。最后,利用TI公司的达芬奇开发板(DM6446),对算法进行了移植,并进行了性能分析。发现在该开发板上算法性能表现优良,充分发挥了DM6446双核特点,算法效率有了很大的提高,这是在普通PC机上所不能达到的。
JPEG image standard compression algorithm is the most popular algorithm in image processing,however,it encodes the whole image while in daily life most of us only focus on the specific part of the whole,say,ROI(region of interest). This passage,based on JPEG,proposes an algorithm which carries on how to process the data of ROI and assesses it in its quality of imaging and its efficiency. At last,transplanting the algorithm using DaVinci developing board(DM6446)to analyze its function,it performs in good quality and enhances the efficiency greatly while bringing the dual-core of DM6446 into good play which can’t be accessed in a common PC.
