摘要
工会工作必须扎根基层、心向职工,积极创造科学务实的工作技法,用创新的工作理念和方法全心全意为职工谋福利,扎扎实实为职工做好事、办实事、解难事。论文概述了工会应如何加强自身建设,充分发挥工会组织"双维护"作用,拉近企业与职工之间的关系,使之真正起到服务企业发展、惠及职工利益的作用。
The trade union＇s work must take root in the grassroots and focus on the workers, and actively create scientific and practical work skills,use innovative work ideas and methods to work for the welfare of the staff and workers, do good deeds for staff and workers in a down-to-earth manner,do practical things, and solve difficult things. This paper summarizes how to strengthen the self construction of the trade union, give full play to the role of trade unions of ＂double safeguard＂, and narrow the relationship between enterprises and employees, so that it can really play the role of serving enterprise development and benefiting the interests of staff and workers.
