摘要
人民法院执行款物是执行程序中应当由人民法院经管的财物。高效科学管理执行款是深入落实最新《最高人民法院关于执行款物管理的规定》的要求,是新时代下司法责任制改革的重要组成部分。论文分三部分,简要说明执行款的性质、特点,并从财务角度分析执行款的问题及对策,有不当之处,敬请指正。
The executive properties of the people＇s court is the property that should be administered by the people＇s court in the execution procedure. The efficient and scientific management of the executive properties is the requirement of deeply implementing the latest ＂Provisions of the Supreme People＇s Court on the Administration of the Executive Properties＂, and is an important part of the judicial responsibility system reform in the new era. The paper is divided into three parts, it briefly explains the nature and characteristics of the executive properties, and analyzes the problems and countermeasures of the executive properties from the financial point of view. If there is anything wrong, please correct it.
