摘要
目的对重症监护室(ICU)噪音污染的情况进行系统分析,并探讨相应的防护对策。方法 2017年3—5月选取我院外科ICU的医师办公点和护士站进行观察,应用噪声测量仪开展昼夜监测,对比两个监测点昼夜噪声情况。结果通过监测分析,外科ICU医师办公点与护士站的昼间和夜间噪声均超标,两个站点比较差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);噪声类型主要是谈话声、仪器声、电器声、金属碰撞声等。结论ICU存在不同程度的噪音污染,对患者及医护人员的身心有不良影响,应加强噪音监测,采取针对有效的防护措施,将噪音污染降到最小。
Objective To carry out a systematic analysis of noise pollution in intensive care units（ ICU）,discuss appropriate protective measures.Methods From March to May 2017,to select doctors office and nursing station from surgical ICU in our hospital to observe,the application of noise measuring instrument to monitor day and night,and to compare the situation of two monitoring site. Results Through monitoring and analysis,the daytime and nighttime noise of surgical ICU doctors＇ and nurses＇ stations exceeded the standard,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two sites（ P〉0. 05）; the types of noise were mainly conversational sounds,instrument sounds,electrical sounds,metal collision sounds,and so on. Conclusion ICU has different levels of noise pollution,and it has adverse effects on the physical and mental health of patients and medical staff. Noise monitoring should be strengthened and effective protective measures should be taken to minimize noise pollution.
