摘要
文章基于社会主义核心价值观的层次划分,从国家、社会及个人三个方面详细分析了精准扶贫的内涵逻辑,研究结论:宏观层面,精准扶贫既要"授之以鱼"也要"授之以渔",既要"物质脱贫"也要"精神脱贫";中观层面,精准扶贫既要"精准规划"也要"两情两愿",既要"平等对话"也要"互利共赢",既要"政策支持"也要"依法扶贫";微观层面,精准扶贫既要"发展局部"也要"顾全大局",既要"抓住机遇"也要"自力更生",既要"勇于前行"也要"诚实守信"。总之,精准扶贫必须坚持国家、社会及个人的协调配合与通力合作才能焕发出强大的活力,最终实现全面小康社会的顺利建成。
Based on the hierarchical classification of socialist core values, the article analyzed the connotation logic of precision poverty alleviation in three aspects： the state, society and individuals. The study concluded that： at the macro level, precision poverty alleviation needs to be given to ＂fish to fish＂ and to ＂to impart ＂Fishing＂ must not only ＂get off the poverty of the material＂ but also ＂get the spirit out of poverty＂： in the meso level,precision poverty alleviation requires both ＂precise planning＂ and ＂two situations and two willings＂. It requires both ＂equal dialogue＂ and ＂mutual benefit and mutual benefit.＂ It is necessary to ＂policy support＂ and ＂provision for poverty alleviation in accordance with the law.＂ At the micro level, precision poverty alleviation requires both ＂development of localities＂ and ＂consideration of the overall situation＂. It is necessary to ＂grasp opportunities＂ and ＂self-reliance＂. We must also be honest and trustworthy. Accurate poverty alleviation must adhere to the coordination and cooperation of the country, society and individuals in order to radiate a strong vitality, and ultimately achieve a smooth completion of an overall well-to-do society.
