摘要
先进的建筑施工技术和高效的施工管理对实现房屋建筑高质量、高效率的建设具有重要意义。以实际工程建设项目为背景,分析该工程项目建设过程施工技术及管理方面的若干重难点问题,进而提出相应的应对措施。工程实践表明,针对土方开挖、大体积混凝土浇筑等问题提出的措施切实可行,可为其他类似工程提供参考。
The advanced construction technology and efficient construction management have great significance for the construction of high quality and efficient buildings. Based on the actual engineering construction project. The difficulties and problems in the construction process and management of the project are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The engineering practice shows that the measures proposed for earthwork excavation and massive concrete placement are practical and feasible,and it is expected to provide reference for other similar projects.
