摘要 烧结烟气中NO_x排放量占钢铁行业NO_x排放量的50%~60%。随着国家对烧结氮氧化物减排的重视和排放标准的提高,烧结烟气脱硝将成为各烧结机的必配装置。就当前主要的活性炭、选择性催化还原技术(SCR)和臭氧氧化三种烧结烟气脱硝技术,从工艺原理、工艺流程、脱硝效率及优缺点等方面予以综合分析,并就3种脱硝工艺与前段烧结烟气脱硫工艺的匹配性、实施注意事项等形成建议,供钢铁企业后续脱硝设施建设参考。 The NO_x emission from sintering flue gas accounts for 50% to 60% of the NO_x emissions in the steel industry.With our nation pay more attention to and improve the standards level on nitrogen oxide emission of sintering,sintering flue gas denitration will become the necessary matching device.This paper introduces three kinds of denitrification technology of activated carbon,selective catalytic reduction(SCR) and Ozonation.From the principles,processes and the removal efficiency,the advantages and disadvantages of denitration technology are analyzed,the suggestion of three kinds of denitration with the compatibility of sintering flue gas desulfuration and implementation precautions are summed.Some suggestions are given as a reference for the choice of denitration for sintering exhaust gas treatment.
