摘要
目的:分析中医闭合复位治疗踝部骨折的临床可行性效果。方法:择取2015年3月-2016年3月我院收治的100例踝部骨折患者,通过中医闭合复位方法对其进行治疗分析,比较100踝部骨折患者治疗效果。结果:通过对100例患者进行治疗对比分析,了解到通过中医闭合复位治疗踝部骨折,在临床中可行性较高,治疗优良率较高。P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论:中医闭合复位治疗踝部骨折在临床中效果显著,可以有效地改善患者的关节功能,避免并发症问题的出现,在临床中应用可行性较高,值得推广。
Objective： To analyze the clinical feasibility of TCM closed reduction on ankle fracture. Methods： 100 cases of ankle fracture in our hospital treatment from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and given TCM closed reduction, the treatment was analyzed. The therapeutic effect of 100 patients with ankle fracture was compared. Results： Through the comparative analysis of 100 patients, it was known that the treatment of ankle fracture by TCM closed reduction was highly feasible in clinic, and the excellent and good rate of the treatment was high. P〈0.05 showed statistical significance for the difference. Conclusion： TCM closed reduction on ankle fractures was effective in the clinical practice. It could effectively improve the joint function of patients and avoid the occurrence of complications. It had high feasibility in the clinical application and was worthy of promotion.
