摘要
目的:探讨脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者行加味二仙汤治疗的效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年2月88例脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者并随机数字表法分组。对照组用西药进行治疗,加味二仙汤组在对照组基础上行加味二仙汤治疗。比较两组脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎治疗总有效率;症状消失时间、肾功能指标改善50%时间;干预前后患者肾功能情况和指标、中医证候积分;药物安全性。结果:加味二仙汤组脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。加味二仙汤组显效的患者28例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效42例,总有效率95.45%;对照组显效的患者17例,有效13例,无效14例,分别总有效30例,总有效率68.18%。加味二仙汤组症状消失时间(18.51±1.41)d、肾功能指标改善50%时间(12.51±2.61)d短于对照组(25.44±2.77)d、(17.44±3.57)d,P<0.05。干预前两组肾功能情况和指标、中医证候积分相近,P>0.05;干预后加味二仙汤组肾功能情况和指标、中医证候积分优于对照组,P<0.05。两组均无发生严重副作用。结论:脾肾气虚型慢性肾小球肾炎患者行加味二仙汤治疗的效果确切,可有效改善临床症状和肾功能,缩短疗程,提升疗效,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of Jiawei Erxian decoction（ 加味二仙汤） on chronic glomerulonephritis of the Pishen Qixu type（ 脾肾气虚型）. Methods： 88 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received western medicine; the Jiawei Erxian decoction group received the Jiawei Erxian decoction more. The total effective rate, the symptom disappearance time and renal function 50% improvement time, renal function, TCM syndromes score and the safety in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the Jiawei Erxian decoction group was 95.45%, and higher than 68.18% in the control group, P〈0.05. The symptom disappearance time and renal function 50% improvement time in the Jiawei Erxian decoction group was（18.51±1.41） days and（12.51±2.61） days respectively, which was shorter than（25.44±2.77） days and（17.44±3.57） days in the control group respectively, P〈0.05. After intervention, the renal function and TCM syndromes in the Jiawei Erxian decoction group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. No serious side effects occurred in either group. Conclusion： The Jiawei Erxian decoction had a significant effect on chronic glomerulonephritis with the Pishen Qixu type, could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve renal function, shorten the course of treatment and improve the curative effect, which was worth popularizing.
