摘要
目的:探讨化痰祛瘀减肥汤用于痰瘀型肥胖症患者治疗中的临床效果观察。方法:将2014年5月-2017年5月在我院内科治疗的96例痰瘀型肥胖症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用化痰祛瘀减肥汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、体重变化、不良反应及复发情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后体重及体重下降幅度明显超过对照组,两组间差异总有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠排气增多、脂肪性大便、腹痛不适、脂肪泻等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀减肥汤用于痰瘀型肥胖症患者的治疗效果显著,利于体重的平稳下降,减少内脏脂肪组织和皮下脂肪含量,对胃肠道功能影响小,复发率低,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective： To explore efficacy of the Huatan Quyu Jianfei decoction（ 化痰祛瘀减肥汤） on obesity of the Tanyu type（ 痰瘀型）. Methods： From May 2014 to May 2017, 96 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by Western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Huatan Quyu Jianfei decoction. The clinical effect, weight change, adverse reaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate in the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, 75%, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The body weight and weight loss of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, there was statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of the Huatan Quyu Jianfei decoction on obesity of the Tanyu type was significant, which was beneficial to the steady decline of body weight, the decrease of visceral adipose tissue and subcutaneous fat content, it had insignificant effect on gastrointestinal function, and was of low recurrence rate, which was of positive clinical significance.
