摘要
目的:探讨杏苏散加减治疗风热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2012年2月-2017年5月收治的风热咳嗽患者80例为研究对象,对照组40例患者接受常规止咳药物治疗,治疗组40例患者采用杏苏散加减治疗,对两组患者疗效及临床症状进行观察。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为92.50%,较对照组的60.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者咳嗽、咳痰症状评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后咳嗽及咳痰症状评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杏苏散加减用于风热咳嗽治疗中效果满意,可有效改善咳嗽、咳痰症状。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingsu San（ 杏苏散） on cough from Fengre（ 风热）. Methods： 80 patients were selected as subjects. 40 patients in the control group received conventional cough medication, and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xingsu San. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 92.50%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of cough and sputum after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xingsu San is effective on cough from Fengre, and can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and sputum.
