摘要
在冷热轧制设备中,冷轧设备轧机精度相对来说要求较高,由于机架整体十分单薄,加工刚性很差,在加工中保证各项精度十分困难,为确保加工满足图纸要求,我们通过一些工艺方法解决了这些棘手问题。
The precision of the cold rolling mill is relatively high both in the cold and the hot rolling equipment.Because the whole housing is very thin and the machining rigidity is very poor,it is very difficult to ensure the precision in processing. In order to ensure that the processing can meet the requirements of drawings,we have solved these difficult problems through some process methods.
