摘要
目的研究内源性抗氧化剂胆红素在肺癌患者中的抗氧化作用。方法以原发性肺癌患者402例和健康对照422例为研究对象,重氮盐法在Beckman Coulter全自动生化分析仪(Au5821)上测定血清总胆红素和结合胆红素,并计算未结合胆红素;用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸法分别检测其中104例肺癌患者和57例健康人总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量;数据用统计软件SPSS19.0进行分析。结果与对照组相比,肺癌患者的总胆红素、结合胆红素、未结合胆红素和SOD显著性降低(P<0.05),MDA则显著性升高(P<0.05),但各检测指标在TNM分期T1到T4分期无显著性变化趋势。结论肺癌发生与机体抗氧化损伤有关,血清胆红素可能是影响或参与此过程的重要因素,其浓度水平与肺癌的发生与发展有相关性。
Objective To study the antioxidant effect of serum bilirubin,an endogenous antioxidants,inthe patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 402 patients with lung cancer(patient group)and 422 healthyindividuals(control group)were enrolled in this study. The concentrations of total bilirubin(TBIL)and direct bili-rubin(DBIL)were measured using Diazonium Salts reagent on an automated chemistry analyzer(AU5821,Beck-man Coulter)and concentrations of indirect bilirubin(IBIL)were calculated based on concentrations of TBIL andDBIL. The total activity of SOD and MDA concentrations of 104 patients and 57 controls were measured using Xan-thine oxidase and TBA reagents respectively. All data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 Software. Results Comparedwith the control group,the concentrations of TBIL,DBIL,IBIL and the activity of SOD in the patient group weredecreased(P〈0.05)but the concentrations of MDA were increased. However,no tendency was found from T1 toT4(TNM)groups. Conclusion There is antioxidant dysfunction within patient with lung cancer and the serumbilirubin would be involved in this process.
