基于虚拟仿真的铁路货车120型控制阀检修系统开发

摘要 铁路货车120型控制阀结构复杂,检修难度大、难点多,企业又需要高质量、高效率的检修与维护手段。文章综合运用三维实体建模、二维工作原理并结合三维仿真动画,设计开发了基于虚拟仿真的铁路货车120型控制阀检修系统。为新的培训模式提供一个可视化的多媒体信息平台,使培训人员在虚拟仿真的环境中快速地掌握检修技能。该系统通过三维模型交互的方式展现120型控制阀的结构特点,以二维动画的形式呈现120型控制阀的工作原理,三维仿真动画表达检修工艺流程。 With complex structure, it is extremely difficult to maintain 120 type control valve whilst enterprises demand efficient maintenance of high-quality and maintenance methods. Integrating three-dimensional solid modeling and two-dimensional working principle with the combination of three-dimensional simulation animation,the paper designs and develops the 120 type control valve based on virtually simulated railway freight car. It provides a visual multimedia information platform for new training model, enabling the trainees master maintenance skills in the circumstance of visual simulation. The system presents the structural characteristics of the 120 type control valve through the interaction of the three-dimensional model, and demonstrates the working principle of the120 type control valve in the form of two ̄dimensional animation as well as the maintenance process by three-dimensional simulation animation.
