摘要
阐述埋地燃气管道外防腐层检测DM、PCM、PCM+检测仪的基本原理、功能及注意事项。以3家检测机构相同规格的DM检测仪和PCM+检测仪为例,对DM、PCM+检测仪在埋地燃气管道外防腐层实际检测中对异常点d B值、电流和管道埋深的检测性能进行比对。比对过程为:通过27组检测数据得出平均值,该值为指定值;根据27组数据得出标准化四分位距,根据比对项目的检测结果、标准化四分位距、指定值得出能力统计量,根据该量进行比对。比对结果认为3家检验机构所提供的6套仪器性能和精度能满足检测要求。
The basic principles,functions and matters needing attention of DM detector,PCM and PCM + detector in detecting the external anti-corrosion coating of buried gas pipeline are described. Taking DM detector and PCM + detector with the same specifications of 3 testing institutions as an example,the DM detector and PCM + detector are compared in the actual detection of external anti-corrosion coating of buried gas pipeline,including the detection of leakage point d B value,current and buried depth of pipeline. The comparison process is as follows: the average value is obtained from 27 sets of testing data,and the value is the specified value. The standardized interquartile range is obtained according to the 27 sets of data. The ability statistics is obtained according to the test result of the comparison project,the standardized interquartile range and the specified value. The comparison is performed according to the ability statistics. The comparison results show that the performance and accuracy of the 6 sets of instruments provided by the 3 testing institutions can meet the testing requirements.
