摘要
顶管有时与既有天然气管道产生交叉,顶管工程的建设可能对既有天然气管道的安全造成影响,特别是既有深埋天然气管道。分析顶管建设对天然气管道的危险因素,结合相关标准规范,对勘察、设计、施工过程中需采取的安全保障措施进行探讨,建议采用精确探测技术。介绍事故案例与工程实例。
Pipe jacking sometimes intersects with existing natural gas pipelines. The construction of pipe jacking project may affect the safety of existing gas pipelines,especially existing deeply buried natural gas pipelines. The risk factors of the pipe jacking construction to natural gas pipelines are analyzed. Combined with the related codes and standards,the safety and security measures to be taken during the survey,design and construction process are discussed. It is recommended that precise detection technologies are adopted. Accident cases and project examples are introduced.
