摘要
介绍了一种汽车CD面板的注射模设计,模具采用1模1腔以及单分型面模具结构,浇注系统采用潜伏式浇口、两点进浇方式进料,动、定模镶件分别采用镶拼式和整体式结构,3个侧面均采用斜导柱动模外抽芯机构成型塑件的扣位以及孔位,采用推块、推管和推杆组成的多元推出机构。实践证明,该模具结构合理、动作可靠,抽芯机构运行平稳,成型零件加工方便,实现了该面板塑件的高质量成型。
An injection mould design for an automobile CD panel was presented. The mould was adopted single cavity with single parting surface, and the submerged gate with two feed way were designed. The moving mould insert was adopted integral structure, and the fixed mould inserts used the inlaying structure. The bulkling position and holes in three surfaces of the plastics were forming by the ejection mechanism with angle pin. The composite ejection mechanism with push-block, push-tube and push-rod was used to push the plastics. Practice proved that the mould was reasonable and reliable, the core pulling mechanism was run smoothly, and the mould parts were easy to process.
