摘要
油茶和核桃是我国最重要的两类经济木本油料,茶油和核桃油均富含不饱和脂肪酸,深受群众喜爱。该文综述了油茶和核桃油脂合成途径中油茶果糖二磷酸醛缩酶(Co FBA)、油茶乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(Co ACCase)、油茶硬脂酰-ACP脱饱和酶(Co SAD)、油茶脂肪酸脱饱和酶(Co FAD)、油茶甘油-3-磷酸酰基转移酶(Co DGAT)、核桃异质型乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(Jr ACCase)等基因的研究进展,并对其在分子育种中的意义进行了展望。以期为分子育种途径调节食用油料经济林油脂不同成分间比例提供理论基础。
Camellia oleifera and walnut are two kinds of the most in China. Tea oil and walnut oil are rich in unsaturated fatty important edible oil acids, and loved economic forest by the masses.This article reviewed the research progress of genes involving in the lipid synthesis pathway of Camellia oleifera and walnut oil, such as CoFBA, CoACCase, CoSAD, CoFAD, CoDGAT, JrACCase, and the importance of these genes in molecular breeding was prospected. This article maight provide theoretical basis for adjusting the proportions of different components of oils and fats of edible oil economic forest through molecular breeding method.
