摘要
通过对湖南某地焙烧后的氧化锰矿进行酸浸试验,研究其锰含量的组成、浸出效果、浸出效率、渣锰含量及资源利用率。结果表明,采用传统常规的酸浸工艺,浸出率只有74.72%,渣锰残留9.553%,资源回收利用率只有72%;采用连续高温酸浸反应,可使浸出率提高到90.11%,渣锰残留降低到3.779%的低水平,资源回收利用率可达到90%。反应终点的溶液中锰离子浓度为33.085g/L,达到了电解锰正常生产的溶液浓度标准。
The composition of manganese content, leaching effect, leaching efficiency, slag manganese content and resource utilization were studied by acid leaching test of the oxidized manganese ore after roasting in Hunan province. The results showed that the leaching rate was only 74.72%, residual manganese residue was 9.553%, the utilization rate of resources was only 72% when the traditional acid leaching process was used. The continuous high-temperature acid leaching reaction can increase the leaching rate to 90.11%, the residue of residual manganese can be reduced to 3.779%, and the utilization rate of the resources could reach 90% above. The concentration of manganese ion in the solution of the reaction endpoint was 33.085g/L, which reached the standard of solution concentration in normal production of electrolytic manganese.
