摘要
构建人类命运共同体理念的提出,对于深刻认识和解决当前国际社会所面临的种种难题,具有十分重要的启发和引领意义。这一理念,同联合国教科文组织所倡导和推进的非物质文化遗产保护的宗旨,既有着高度的一致性,又有着更为普遍、更为一般的指导性。而非物质文化遗产保护工作的不断展开,尤其是随着其所强调的"以社区为中心"原则的不断普及,反过来又会从文化交流的角度,为推广"和而不同"的文化多样性观念,进而推动人类命运共同体的建设,发挥具体而切实的作用。
The theory of forming a community with shared future for mankind is of considerable inspiration and guidance for a deep understanding of and solving all the challenges human society faces.This idea is highly consistent with the goal of safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage advocated by UNESCO as well as has more universal and general guidance. As the Intangible Cultural Heritage Safeguarding campaign is being developed,especially with its prevailing principle of emphasis on＂community centered＂,it will in turn popularize the cultural diversity concept of ＂harmony but not sameness＂,and thus promote the construction of human community with shared future,from the perspective of cultural communication.
