摘要
随着全国各地污废水处理力度的不断加大,各种水样的检测频率和监测力度也相应增加。总磷总氮治理作为很重要的废水治理指标之一,其衡量指标被人们广泛关注。笔者结合多年的工作经验,改进了总磷总氮测定中的消解方法。本文采用烘箱消解法,与医用手提式蒸汽消毒器消解比较,它们的相对标准偏差分别为0.33%和1.18%,均在允许范围内。经过近三年时间的反复验证和应用,笔者认为,烘箱消解法是一种值得推广的简易、经济可行的消解方法。
With the increasing efforts of wastewater treatment in various parts of the country, the detection frequency and monitoring strength of all kinds of water samples also increased correspondingly. Total phosphorus nitrogen treatment is one of the important indexes of wastewater treatment, its measures are widely watched. In combination with my years of work experience, the author improved the digestion method of total phosphorus determination. In this paper, the drying oven digestion method is used to eliminate the relative standard deviation of the medical hand-held steam sterilizer. The relative standard deviation is 0.33% and 1.18% respectively, all in the allowable range. After nearly three years of repeated verification and application, it is considered that the oven digestion method is a simple, economical and feasible solution which is worth popularizing.
