摘要
从喷嘴的雾化机制出发,分析传统喷嘴喷雾器的工作原理,研究传统国产喷嘴结构对产品质量、能耗、生产效率的影响,研制一种低压雾化、大流量喷嘴,并通过雾化效果、实际产品质量、生产效率及能耗分析比较,得出新型喷嘴可以很好地提高产品质量、节能降耗、提高生产率,具有广泛的应用前景。
Based on atomization mechanism of nozzle,the working principle of the spray dryer with traditional nozzle was analyzed. The influences of traditional national nozzle structure on product quality,energy consumption and production efficiency were researched. A low pressure atomization and large flow nozzle was designed. Through analysis and comparison of atomization effect,product quality,production efficiency and energy consumption,it is concluded that the new nozzle can improve product quality and productivity,save energy and reduce consumption,and it has broad application prospect.
