摘要
为了提高工程机械液压马达再制造后的性能和使用寿命,深入研究液压马达3对关键摩擦副对性能的影响。采用液压油膜理论,建立摩擦副泄漏模型;通过MATLAB软件进行仿真分析,分析结果表明:再制造液压马达的泄漏量随着摩擦副间隙的增加而增大,在间隙相同时,引起的泄漏柱塞副>配流副>滑靴副。确定3对摩擦副合理的间隙范围,并进行实验验证,结果表明摩擦副间隙满足再制造后的要求,为液压马达的再制造提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the engineering machinery remanufactured hydraulic motor performance and service life, the impacts of the three critical friction pairs on performance of the hydraulic motor were deeply studied. Adopting hydraulic oil film theory,the friction pair leakage model was established. Through MATLAB simulation analysis,the analysis results show that the leakage of the remanufactured hydraulic motor increases with the increase of the friction pair clearance; at the same time with the same clearance,the plunger pair leak was greater than port pair which leak was greater than sliding boot pair. The three friction pairs clearance reasonable scopes were identified. The experimental verification shows that the friction pair clearances meet the requirements of the remanufacturing. It provides a theoretical basis for hydraulic motor remanufacturing.
