摘要
建设项目常见排放的内分泌干扰物主要包括二噁英类、多氯联苯和多溴联苯、砷及重金属、双酚A、苯并[a]芘和氯乙烯等。生物质燃烧和掺烧污泥的锅炉废气中的二噁英、掺烧石油焦的锅炉废气中的苯并[a]芘和化工项目排放的双酚A等均存在执行标准缺失问题。电子类项目中的多氯联苯和多溴联苯、冶炼项目中的砷及重金属、化工类项目中的氯乙烯等也应加强全过程监管。建议研究建立优控清单,系统地提出相关控制政策,管理建设项目环境激素类的产生和排放。
The common EDCs emitted by construction projects include the dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), arsenic and heavy metals, bisphenol A (BPA), benzopyrene (BaP), vinyl chloride (VCM). Dioxin in waste gas of boiler and biomass burning, Bap in waste gas of boiler and BPA derived from chemical projects are all facing the problem of execution standards deficit. The whole process supervision of the PCBS and PBBs, arsenic and heavy metals, VCM emissions should be strengthened. It is recommended to establish a priority control list, and the relevant control policies should be put forward systematically, to manage the production and emission of environmental hormones.
