摘要
珂罗版作为一种传统照相印刷方式,其晒版工艺受日照条件的极大影响。本文根据辐射传递方法,计算了日光和LED光源被珂罗版感光胶所吸收的有效辐照度。设计了一套采用紫外LED光源、包含上下两个光源箱的珂罗版晒版系统,仿真了中间操作面的辐照度均匀度,制作了实物,并进行了测试。结果表明,晒版系统操作面上的辐照度>200 W·m^(-2),均匀度>0.9,印版印制的字画复制品达到要求。
As one kind of traditional photographic printings,collotype printing is subjected to sunlight exposure. With radiation transmit method,the effective irradiance of sunlight and LEDs were calculated respectively for the absorption of photoresist on collotype. And a new collotype exposure machine was designed with ultraviolet LED modules both above and under the working plate. The simulation and measurement results were shown. The irradiance on the working plate was more than 200 W·m^(-2),with the uniformity higher than 0. 9. The painting and calligraphy copies printed by this machine can meet the qualification.
