摘要
粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排放的主要固体废弃物,中国的排放量维持在5亿~7亿t/a,随着国家能源结构调整和经济形势变化,区域分布和利用水平不均衡化日益突出。粉煤灰既是污染环境的工业副产品,又是能够加以利用的资源,充分研究其矿物组成和理化特性,提升利用价值,变废为宝,具有重大的意义。目前,随着国家去产能政策实施和煤炭的清洁利用,粉煤灰的资源属性更加突出明显,应用领域涉及建材、化工、筑路、农业、环境和绿色煤基等多个行业,灰基产品具有轻质、阻燃、保温、耐候、抗折的性能,其综合利用更加多元化、高值化、产业化。
Fly ash is the main solid waste of coal-fired power plants,and their annual emission are maintained in 5×108-7×108 t in China.With national energy structure adjusting and economic situation changing,regional distribution and utilization level imbalance have become increasingly prominent.Moreover,fly ash is both an industrial by-product of polluting the environment and a resource that can be used.It is of great value to fully study its mineral composition and physical and chemical properties,turn waste into treasure and enhance the use value.At present,with the implementation of national cutting overcapacity policy and the clean use of coal,the resource attribute of fly ash is more obvious.The application area of fly ash involves many industries,such as building materials,chemical industry,road construction,agriculture,environment and green coal base.As the performance of light,flame retardant,insulation,weathering and bending strength of ash base product,its comprehensive utilization have been more diversification,high-value and industrialization.
