摘要
目的:探究康复护理应用于四肢骨折手术后对临床效果、患者肢体肿胀及疼痛状况的影响。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年8月笔者所在医院收治的120例四肢骨折手术患者临床资料进行分析,对照组(60例)行一般常规护理,研究组(60例)行康复护理,比较两组疗效、自我护理管理能力、肢体肿胀程度与疼痛评分。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组自我护理管理能力各项评分均高于护理前,研究组行为管理、心理活动、状态管理评分分别为(4.64±0.21)、(4.58±0.29)、(4.71±0.22)分,均高于对照组的(3.22±0.49)、(3.21±0.37)、(3.28±0.34)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d,研究组患肢Ⅰ级肿胀发生率11.66%,显著低于对照组的38.33%(P<0.05);研究组术后1、7 d疼痛评分分别为(3.11±0.95)、(2.13±0.59)分,低于对照组的(4.28±1.09)、(3.07±0.64)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理应用于四肢骨折手术患者,可减轻患肢肿胀程度、缓解疼痛,具有推广价值。
Objective：To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the clinical effect,swelling and pain of the limbs in patients after limb fracture surgery.Method：From August 2016 to August 2017,the clinical data of 120 patients with fractures of the extremities treated in the author＇s hospital were analyzed.The control group（60 cases） received general routine nursing,while the study group（60 cases） received rehabilitation nursing.The curative effect,self-care management ability,body swelling and pain score were compared between the two groups.Result：There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After nursing,the scores of the two groups of self-care management ability were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of behavior management,psychological activity and state management in the study group were（4.64±0.21）,（4.58±0.29） and（4.71±0.22）points respectively,which were higher than those of the control group（3.22±0.49）,（3.21±0.37） and（3.28±0.34）points,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.At 7 days after operation,the incidence of grade Ⅰ swelling in the study group was 11.66%,which was lower than that in the control group（38.33%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The pain scores in the 1 and 7 days of the study group were（3.11±0.95） and（2.13±0.59）points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group（4.28±1.09） and（3.07±0.64）points,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation care is applied to the patients with limb fracture surgery,which can reduce the swelling of the affected limb and relieve pain,which is worth popularizing.
