摘要
以广州有轨电车牵引控制单元在车辆激活时频繁出现报红故障为案例进行分析,通过不断地测试,最终诊断出故障原因为24V压降问题,进而提出了双稳态电源电路的改造方案,解决了故障。
An analysis of the case that the TCU in Guangzhou trams frequently suffers red failure when the vehicle is activated, throughcontinuous testing, the fault cause was finally diagnosed as a 24V voltage drop problem, and a modification scheme of the bistable powersupply circuit was proposed to solve the fault.
