摘要
为解决现有的脉冲袋式除尘器存在处理风量小、清灰效果差、除尘效率低、维护不方便,占地面积大等缺点,本文提出了一种脉冲袋式除尘器用的二次除尘装置,通过设置二次除尘装置,在脉冲袋式除尘器预处理的基础上加速灰尘的沉降,同时通过喷水装置,减少灰尘,清灰效果好,增加了除尘的效率,且摆脱了以往的大烟囱除尘模式,结构简单,维修方便。
In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing pulsed bag filter, such as small air volume, poor dust cleaning effect, lowdust removal efficiency, inconvenient maintenance and large occupied area, a secondary dust dedusting device for pulsed bag filter isproposed in this paper. By setting the secondary dedusting device, the dust settlement is accelerated on the basis of the pretreatment of thepulsed bag filter, and meanwhile, the dust is reduced through the water injection system, so that the dust removal effect is good, the dustremoval efficiency is increased, and the dust removal mode of the previous large chimney is eliminated, the structure is simple, and themaintenance is convenient.
