攀枝花钛渣流化焙烧试验研究

摘要 针对用于生产特种焊接材料的钛系原料对其品质要求,进行了流态化焙烧攀枝花钛渣的试验研究。考察了焙烧温度为950℃,空气流量为3.3 m3/h,螺旋推料器频率为45.4 Hz条件下,流化焙烧对钛渣品质的影响。结果表明,由于焙烧过程中细颗粒直接被吹出流化床腔体而被冷却水吸收,流化焙烧后,钛渣颗粒变粗,粒度增大;XRD及Raman分析显示,攀枝花钛渣经流化氧化焙烧后,钛渣中发生晶型转变,610 cm-1处振动特征峰发生红移,低价钛转变成高价钛,金红石型Ti O2长大增多。 In order to meet the quality requirements of the titanium materials used in the production of special welding material,the experimental study of fluidized bed roasting of Panzhihua titanium slag was carried out. In this study,the influence of fluidized roasting on titanium slag quality was investigated under the condition of the roasted temperature 950 ℃,the air flow rate 3. 3 m3/h and the screw pusher frequency 45. 4 Hz. The results showed that the fine particles were directly blown out of the fluidized bed and were absorbed by the cooling water.After the fluidized roasting,the titanium slag particles becomes thicker and the particle size increases. XRD and Raman analysis revealed that after the fluidized bed oxidation roasting of Panzhihua titanium slag,the crystal transformation occurred in the titanium slag,the vibration characteristic peak of 610 cm^-1 was red shifted,the low valent titanium turned into high valent titanium,and the growth of rutile TiO2 increased.
